TriviaEdit

  • Its cry is the sound of a drill.

Design OriginEdit

Lanshil is based on a drill, with various gemstones protruding from it. The gemstones in question resemble a ruby, sapphire and emerald, referring to the Generation III titles. It follows suit of official "regional rock" Pokémon, such as Geodude and Roggenrola.

Name OriginEdit

Lanshil may be a combination of "land", "lance", "shell" and "drill".
